Happy Thanksgiving Breakfast Clubbers! Dick Anderson was our early bird today followed by a large crowd of members who gathered for the last meeting in November.
President Robbie Danko called the meeting to order with a festive Thanksgiving joke. The punchline “what did the turkey do?” received laughs from all and promises to repeat it in full at their own Thanksgiving get-togethers.
Our guest today was Kurt Vinje of Foster Klima who found us through Eventbrite.
Our honorary members in attendance were Russ Bremner, Ron Britz, and Martin Peyer.
There will be NO meeting next Wednesday, November 29th.
Jim Erickson of Solomon Strategies Group announced Argentina won the World’s Fair competition. The US finished 3rd in a three-horse race. Mark Arnold of Continental Diamond will send an e-mail to members next week requesting topics of interest for his upcoming Craft Talk to ensure he uses his time based on what members want to know.
The 2018 Craft Talk Schedule was passed around today. If you haven’t already, please sign up with Craig Blixrud at blixrudhomes@gmail.com for your 2018 Craft Talk slot, and indicate if it will be at the Woman’s Club, or offsite at a location of your choice.
