It was a snowy start under a full blue moon this morning. First to arrive was Dick Anderson followed by Robert Sanberg. Others straggled in after them as they were sky watching in the parking lot.
President Kelsey Wolter called our meeting to order with a ring of the bell and a moment of silence.
Today’s guests included Anna Struss, a kitchen and bathroom designer who’s a health coach as well, brought by Jerry Olson and Sarah Moe of Sleep Health Specialists, today’s Craft Talk speaker, brought by Kelsey Wolter.
Honorary Members in attendance were Mark Simon and Ron Britz.

Our sleep impacts every aspect of our lives: our health, motivation, judgement, memory, and productivity. Learn what to do, or what not to do, to ensure your sleep is positively impacting your work/life balance.
Sarah Moe, RPSGT is a board registered Polysomnographic Technologist and sleep specialist, as well as the founder of Sleep Health Specialists, which provides sleep health education to the employees of local businesses and corporations. She’s also an Adjunct Professor in the Polysomnography (Sleep) Program at Minneapolis Community and Technical College. In addition, Sarah sits on the Board of Directors for the Minnesota Sleep Society, and volunteers on the Educational Products Committee for the American Association of Sleep Technologists.
Sarah’s Craft Talk was informative on how to recognize if you may have a sleep disorder, and included tips on caffeine usage, blue light from screens, TV usage in bedrooms, sleep medications, and other items which included a discussion on a tool that monetizes the lost productivity that comes from a lack of sleep in the workplace.
