Craft Talk:
Mark Arnold brought Keith Kovacevick of Les Jones Roofing up for his craft talk.
I didn’t know there were so many roofing jokes. However a lot of them went over my head…..
Keith has spent almost his whole life of 22+ years with Les Jones Roofing ( I think his math is off). He likes roofing because he likes to be on top of things.
Les Jones Roofing does all types of Commercial and Residential Roofing across the Twin Cities Metro Area.
Keith gave us an overview of the insurance claim process on roofs and educated us to the fact that the claims adjusters and roofing companies use the same software for developing estimates. The only variation maybe that one party may have forgotten an item in their estimate.
Keith also brought up that contractors are prohibited by law from paying the deductible on behalf of their customers and can lose their license is found to do so.
531 days I the amount of days since Les Jones Roofing has had a lost time accident. An enviable safety record for a contractor.
Les Jones Roofing has a policy of Quality comes before Price, so some people think they are higher priced. However, they are just as competitive as anyone on roofing.
Call Keith for a roof examination and pricing for repairs or replacing the roof.
