Mark Ahmann introduced our craft speaker, Jon Peterson.

Jon was born and raised in Barnum, MN and lettered in 3 sports in High School. He has been married for 32 years and they have 2 sons, one of them in the business with Jon. He is an avid sports fan and they have a Florida Condo that he like to visit.

In 1985, Jon started in mortgage lending and he is now with New American Funding. He is licensed in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Florida. Jon can actually qualify you and get you a mortgage in any of the 40+ states that New American Funding has a presence in.

New American Funding is a nationwide residential mortgage lender. They have 181 offices and 4800 employees. They fund and service mortgages of all types and currently have 197,000 mortgages in their portfolio with a value of $51.4B.

Jon is able to provide Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, VA, and USDA mortgages for 1-4 units of your main home, 2nd homes, investment property, and vacation homes. He can also do reverse mortgages to unlock the equity in your home without selling your home. He can also help you obtain a construction loan and provide permanent financing of your dream home.

Jon also talked about “recasting” a mortgage to help facilitate either purchasing a new home or reducing your current payment.

Call Jon to discuss your mortgage needs.
